Stephanie Brown, PhD, is Program Coordinator and full time faculty in the Johns Hopkins University MA in Museum Studies program, where she also coordinates internships. Stephanie manages social media for the JHU Museum Studies program and is the past social media coordinator for AAM’s Museum Studies Network. Dr. Brown is also the author of the blog The Disappearing Gauguin, which explores how the life story of a particular painting is wrapped up in the history of the way museums and art expertise have functioned--how the digital world can change knowledge creation.
