Ruth Tillman is the founder and a co-facilitator of the Digital Library Federation’s Working Group on Labor in Digital Libraries, Archives, and Museums, a PI of the Collective Responsibility project, and works on digital systems at the Penn State University Libraries. Her research and service agendas focus on improving the experiences of workers in digital positions.
