Welcome to the first-ever, totally online MCN conference experience: we’re thrilled that you have decided to join us! Months in the making, our intention from the start was to ensure that this event is welcoming, accessible, and easy to navigate as possible.
We’ve created a guide that contains all you need to know about the platforms we selected, all the awesome additional experiences available throughout the conference, as well as what will be available after the conference. We’re adding to it every day to help you have the best possible conference experience. Below links to pages of the guide you will find an overview of the platforms for our conference.

Overview of the Conference Platforms
Sched is the event management platform we use and where you’ll find the entire MCN 2020 conference program. From there, you can access all of the live conference sessions links, including after the conference ends.
Zoom is our core viewing platform. To participate in the conference, you’ll be joining webinars and meetings on Zoom. Everything other than sessions conducted under Chatham House Rules will be recorded and uploaded to Vimeo and accessible via Sched upon completion.
Vimeo is where we host pre-recorded sessions and all video after the conference. You can access the videos via Sched, so no need to create an account.
Slack is a robust chat platform that is the glue of our experience. Think of it as the hallways between sessions.
Twitter is Twitter, our community’s preferred public platform to share ideas and insights about the conference, and much more. Use #MCN2020 and any other hashtags promoted in sessions.
Registration (Eventbrite)
If you haven’t yet, purchase your registration for MCN 2020 VIRTUAL. Once registered, you’ll receive a confirmation email to help you get set up on our conference platforms. If you registered and didn’t get an email from Sched to set up your account, you can use your Eventbrite order number to look up your account and reset your password using Sched’s Eventbrite form. Questions or issues with registration? Email us!
Keep in mind that all MCN sessions, social events, and even the spaces you or other attendees may personally create for keeping the conversation going are expected to abide by MCN’s Community Guidelines and Code of Conduct.
